En plus du pain cuit sur place, elle propose une large vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'aliments import\u00e9s pour les clients qui s'ennuient des saveurs de chez eux.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00ab Ma partie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de mon travail, c'est que je dois parler en farsi souvent \u00bb, dit le copropri\u00e9taire Parsa Rahmati. \u00ab C'est important pour moi de ne pas l'oublier. \u00bb Bon nombre des clients de l'entreprise proviennent des communaut\u00e9s iranienne et persane d'Ottawa, et la boulangerie a collabor\u00e9 avec plusieurs restaurants et organisations pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture \u2014 ainsi qu'avec le souper Partage Beechwood 2026, pour lequel elle a fourni son signature sangak.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le mot g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour le pain en farsi est \u00ab naan \u00bb (d'o\u00f9 le nom du commerce), mais \u00ab sangak \u00bb se traduit par \u00ab petite pierre \u00bb \u2014 une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont ce pain plat \u00e9tait traditionnellement cuit sur un lit de petits cailloux de rivi\u00e8re. Le four d'Ottawa Naan est garni de pierres chaudes pour donner au sangak sa texture unique, et ils sont fiers de le pr\u00e9parer avec des ingr\u00e9dients traditionnels \u2014 farine de bl\u00e9 entier non OGM et sans agents de conservation, levain naturel, et une garniture de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00ab Mon p\u00e8re adore faire du pain \u00bb, dit Rahmati. \u00ab C'est quelque chose de notre culture que nous apportons dans notre communaut\u00e9 ici, et je pense que c'est une belle chose. \u00bb<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ils ont ouvert le commerce au d\u00e9but de 2025 et se sont parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 Vanier. \u00ab Tous nos voisins ici deviennent aussi des clients r\u00e9guliers \u00bb, dit Rahmati. \u00ab C'est agr\u00e9able de les voir, et c'est agr\u00e9able de reprendre des conversations entam\u00e9es quelques jours auparavant.
