You may not have seen this restaurant before, and there's a reason for that: The \"ghost kitchen\" concept does not have its own storefront, but operates from within Cadman's Montreal Bagels. After the restaurant's regular hours, the pop-up restaurant takes over the kitchen to offer a different menu.<\/p>\n

The food is a mix of richly topped home-style cooking, Mexican specialties, and Punjabi-style Indian dishes; incidentally, all prepared Halal. \"We feature elevated comfort food like tacos, sandwiches, mac and cheese with different kinds of toppings<\/em>,\" owner and head chef Alysha Sharma says, \"Your heart feels happy after you eat it.<\/em>\"<\/p>\n

She started the business at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, out of a desire to share her passion for cooking and favourite recipes with others.<\/p>\n
