In his thirty years in the industry, he has been the executive chef at several restaurants and can now usually be found in the kitchen in his own restaurant. \"I love when I see people happy with the food, with smiles on their faces, so I choose to do my own cooking.\"<\/p>\n<p>His passion shows in the menu \u2014 the restaurant uses high quality locally-sourced ingredients, original recipes and housemade sauces. While they have a good selection of salads, desserts and appetizers (and some of the best thick-cut fries in the city), the restaurant's main attractions are their great hamburgers, sandwiches and wraps.
