After Hours

You may not have seen this restaurant before, and there’s a reason for that: The « ghost kitchen » concept does not have its own storefront, but operates from within Cadman’s Montreal Bagels. After the restaurant’s regular hours, the pop-up restaurant takes over the kitchen to offer a different menu.

The food is a mix of richly topped home-style cooking, Mexican specialties, and Punjabi-style Indian dishes; incidentally, all prepared Halal. « We feature elevated comfort food like tacos, sandwiches, mac and cheese with different kinds of toppings, » owner and head chef Alysha Sharma says, « Your heart feels happy after you eat it.« 

She started the business at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, out of a desire to share her passion for cooking and favourite recipes with others.

« My favourite part about Vanier is the community we’ve built here. I have so many regular customers living in the area, and they’re just some of the kindest people you’ll meet.«
