Plan Your Visit
Concerts run every Wednesday from July 15 to September 23, 2026 (no event on August 19), from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
The venue is the square next to St. Charles Market, along Beechwood Avenue. (St. Charles Market's official address is 35 Barrette St, Vanier, ON K1L 7Z9 — but the square is on the Beechwood side of the building.)
By transit: Take OC Transpo to the stop nearest St. Charles Market on Beechwood Avenue. Use octranspo.com or Google Maps to plan your trip from your location.
By bike: Bike racks are available on-site and along Beechwood Avenue.
By car: Free street parking is available on Beechwood Avenue and surrounding streets (Barrette, St. Charles, and others). Please respect posted signage.
Akoustik is completely free. Just show up and enjoy.
We set up tables and chairs, but they fill up fast! There's a small grassy area perfect for picnicking, so bring a blanket or your own lawn chair if you'd like a guaranteed spot.
Don't forget sunscreen and water on warm evenings.
Food: Yes! Grab takeout from a nearby merchant and enjoy it during the show — that's exactly the vibe.
Drinks: We have a licensed bar on-site serving wine and beer. Please note that outside alcohol isn't permitted (the square is licensed for our service only). Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome.
The square is smoke-free during the event.
Absolutely — Akoustik is a family-friendly event for all ages. Kids welcome.
Yes. The square is a public space with wheelchair access and public benches throughout the area.
Concerts are outdoors with no indoor backup. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm risk, the show will be cancelled for safety.
