For property owners · Montréal Road Community Improvement Plan
of the increase in your municipal property tax, paid back to you as a grant every year for up to 10 years after the project is done.
- Up to $5 million, and never more than 50% of total project costs
- Where: Montréal Road, from North River Road to the Aviation Parkway
- Not eligible: residential properties and greenfield development
- Stacks with City programs for new affordable housing units
