Rayne Fisher, Owner
With over a decade of experience in the beauty business, Rayne Fisher knows how to make people look good.
“I started doing makeup in the Ottawa area back in 2013, and eyelash extensions in 2018,” she says, “But his location here opened in 2021.” The McArthur Avenue storefront is still going strong, celebrating its five-year anniversary this year.
Besides being the owner of Ciao Bella Beauty Bar, Rayne also runs Rayne Fisher Makeup Artist; her work has been featured in numerous TV and film productions, as well as adding a special touch of glamour to photoshoots, weddings and other events.
Along with “all of the great food,” Rayne cites the close community as one of the best parts of working in Vanier: “My favourite part about my job is getting to work with the local community and meet the wide range of people who come to get beauty services.“
